Our client has an opportunity for a 3-6 year PQE employment lawyer that's come about due to an increase in work within this area. The day-to-day work will involve all aspects of employment law including advising on disputes arising from disciplinary, redundancy and restructuring matters, claims through the Employment Court and Employment Relations Authority, drafting of employment agreements, client advisory and exposure to Health & Safety matters.
- 3-6 years PQE in employment law at a reputable firm;
- Exposure to mediation, negotiations and arbitration would be advantageous;
- Good academics;
- NZ qualified;
This role reports into well-regarded partners and forms part of a supportive team, providing an opportunity for internal advancement and a steady work-flow of employment-related matters.
