Employment & H&S lawyer

Due to growth, a position has arisen to work with two senior employment lawyers in supporting them on a range of employment law and health and safety matters. You'll represent large corporate clients and high net worth individuals in providing employment law advice, dealing with personal grievance claims and helping them strategise to prevent future employment law disputes. You'll also be involved in some health and safety investigations work. This is a role where you'll be able to work with a decent level of autonomy but still get input from partners to develop your skills further. The working hours within the firm are reasonable, they are a flat-structured team with a well-established practice.

You will have:

​

• 3+ years experience in employment law (general litigation may form part of your experience)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Be keen to be involved in some mediation and advocacy work and confident in that respect

You'll also be able to regularly attend mediations and advocate on behalf of your clients in a professional manner.
