Employment Advisor with ref.

Our client is a well-established Employment Firm who is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional interpersonal, organisational, leadership and technical skills in the realm of Employee Relations and Employment Law.

The firm offers exposure to all areas of employment matters such as mediation, advisory, dismissals and redundancies, litigation, human resource policies and general employment procedures. This role is best suited to someone who has experience working in a relatively autonomous role and who has taken the lead in drafting letters, preparing files, liaising directly with clients and working within a collaborative team environment. There will be supervision from a senior so you'll still be able to consult on more complex matters to keep developing your skills further.

Minimum requirements:

4+ years' PQE in an Employment Law role in private practice or an employment in-house role.
Demonstrable skills in communication, prioritisation and organisation.
Experience in working to deadlines and under pressure.
A positive attitude.
