Working with an expert corporate partner with strong commercial acumen, you will be able to receive strong one on one partner mentoring. Our client is a trusted advisor to start up, medium sized and larger national/international businesses, helping them achieve their strategic objectives including investment and expansion. Their clients span a diverse range of industry sectors and the firm benefits from a flatter structure with partners that have come from the larger firms.

The work will involve a good mix of corporate transactional and general commercial law work, including:

• mergers and acquisitions

• venture capital

• private equity

• corporate structuring

• joint ventures

• partnership agreements

• acting for start-up and growing businesses

• drafting and negotiating commercial agreements e.g. supply and distribution agreements

• intellectual property

• franchising

Our client is open to considering a junior (not a newly qualified lawyer - must have some experience), intermediate or senior lawyer for this team. For them, it will be more about your relevant experience, drive to succeed and fit within the team.
