Construction & Insurance Litigator | Intermediate

This is an opportunity to hone your litigation skills, working with a partner that makes a great mentor in a highly regarded litigation practice. The role will see you having client interaction from day 1 and having a good level of end to end involvement in files that relate to issues in the construction and insurance litigation space.

The wider team culture is social, modern, open to new ideas and prides themselves on doing work to a high standard. This role would suit a civil litigator with an interest (and ideally experience) in construction adjudications or arbitrations and/or experience dealing with insurer clients in defended claims. Both the construction and insurance litigation areas remain steady and growing so are good areas to develop skills in.

About you:

• 3+ years experience as a litigation lawyer (ideally with some construction or insurance litigation exp but this isn't a must);
• Good drafting and analytical skills;
• Confident, social and keen to develop your litigation career; and
• A decent university academic record.
