Commercial Property Lawyer | Senior

Our client is a high-end city firm with an exceptional reputation for its work in the property sector. We have an exciting senior level opportunity, where you will support two partners on acquisitions, dispsols, unit title development work, subdivsions, commercial leasing portfolio work and related work. Their clients range from developers, investors and high-profile clients to smaller enterprises; comprising all aspects of commercial property transactions. There is a business case to hire at this level so you won't have to worry that work is available.

About you:

• 5 year+ solid experience in the commercial property field
• Ideally experience gained in a top tier firm or well-respected property team. You may have a mix of experience by property will be at the core
• A team player that has a sense of humour and is able to assist with mentoring juniors
• A good academic record.
