Our client is an established law firm who are well known for building trusting client relationships while delivering personalised legal advice. They have a solid commercial property team that works with a range of clients such as public sector entities, developers, investors and various businesses in the private sector.

Working with a supportive partner who has extensive experience in this sector, you will gain experience in a range of matters across the commercial property spectrum including acquisitions and disposals of buildings, development projects for master-planned communities, advising on complex commercial leasing arrangements and large property subdivisions. The firm is known to treat its staff well and there is collegiality with other juniors and seniors as part of the team as well.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years' experience in the property field.
• Some experience in commercial property transactional property work and an interest in developing your career in complex and high-end development work as well.
• A good academic record.
