An opportunity has come up for an ambitious litigator to join a top-performing litigation team while being a part of a highly regarded full-service practice. The role could be at Senior Solicitor or Associate level. You would work with two partners on a diverse range of contentious matters including restructures, contractual breaches, insolvency matters, construction disputes, regulatory investigations, competition, consumer law and privacy matters.
You will have the chance to contribute to client strategy on complex cases and advocate for your clients through mediation, court appearances settlement hearings.
As part of a leading firm, you will thrive on interaction with partners and clients from local or international markets. You will have the platform to perform at your best in an environment that is set up to provide career advancement within the firm as well as secondment options as and when they come up.
About you:
- 5-7/8 years PQE at a reputable law firm in a litigation role;
- Experience in civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Ability to solve complex problems while maintaining a commercially focused outcome approach.
- A good academic record.
