Our client is a full services law firm in the CBD and is looking to hire a solicitor to join their commercial litigation team. The team focusing on all aspects of business restructuring and insolvency work and is led by senior partners who have a wealth of experience in these fields and who will offer guidance and mentorship.
The successful candidate will gain experience in advising listed companies, financial institutions, distressed firms and high-profile entities on various restructuring and insolvency challenges they are facing.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years' solid litigation experience (with some experience /exposure to commercial litigation work);
Insolvency experience would be advantageous but not required;
Good academic record (B average or higher);
A desire to further their drafting and advocacy skills.
