Commercial Litigation & Insolvency Lawyer

Our client is looking for an intermediate to senior Litigator who wants to work at the forefront of high stakes insolvency matters while simultaneously growing their commercial litigation skills. In this role, you will be representing commercial entities, liquidators, insolvency practitioners as well as high net worth individuals. Working under the mentorship of an industry-leading insolvency litigator as part of the larger litigation team, the work exposure you will gain will be second to none.

This is a role where you will be able to run files and cases with a good degree of autonomy, get court work and also be involved in some high profile and challenging litigation work in the insolvency field. There will be other senior members in the litigation team you will work with on various commercial litigation matters too, which would include disputes relating to contractual breaches, restructuring, insurance claims, construction disputes and regulatory enforcement matters.

You will ideally have:

• 3+ years PQE within a well-regarded litigation team (including some insolvency experience)
• A passion for litigation and court work
• A strong academic transcript
• An ability to think on your feet, be adaptable and be a team player
