Civil Litigation & Employment Lawyer

Working alongside two approachable partners, in a team setting, you will have 3-7 years of experience in employment law and/or civil litigation within a private practice environment. This city firm has a flat structure and reputable brand in the market. Well-known for their bespoke offering where they assist clients in employment claims, PGs and providing employment law advice as well as working across various areas of insurance law such as professional indemnity claims (representing the insurer), you'll have a decent level of work variety.

Ideally, you will have:

· a good academic record;

· 3 or more years' as a litigation lawyer (experience in either employment law or insurance would be needed) within a reputable practice;

· sound research, drafting and advocacy skills;

· the ability to work with a reasonable level of autonomy in file management
