Perhaps you've just returned from overseas or are planning to? Join a market leading Banking and Finance team.
This role will see you working with two expert banking and finance partners on a range of banking of and finance transactions with a bent towards acquisition finance, leveraged finance and corporate finance. The team is fun, social and well-supported with a mix of juniors and seniors. There are good advancement prospects for the person going into this role based on merit and performance. This position has come about due to growth in work and will involve working with institutional lenders, corporates and certain high net worth private investors. For this position, you may be working in a corporate or banking and/or finance team and keen to specialise in these areas.
About you:
- 4+ years PQE;
- Good academics (B average or higher in your LLB is key);
- Admittance to the bar and ability to hold a NZ practising certificate;
- Experience gained within a top law firm or within a the in-house legal team of a financial services organisation. Recent NZ based experience is preferred.
