Associate | Commercial Property (Dunedin)

Located in the heart of the charming city of Dunedin, our client is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their thriving general legal practice. Increasing workloads has sparked an interest in expanding the firm by hiring at either the Associate or Senior Associate level. The firm prides themselves on excellent client service and an adaptable approach to providing legal solutions to long-standing clients.

In this role, you will gain experience across different practice areas including commercial, property and employment law (or a mix of a couple of these areas depending on your interests). The role offers the option to play to your strengths while developing your legal experience in other practice areas. There are genuine prospects for partnership for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. 5+ years PQE in a general practice legal environment;
2. Experience in commercial property, employment law and/or litigation.
3. A commercial mindset and problem-solving ability.
