A Global Real Estate Investment Manager is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join their Research and Strategy team. The position is based in their Mayfair offices in Central London, with a global coverage, giving you the opportunity to work with the firm's Executive Teams, as well as Fund Management, Transactions, Investor Relations and Marketing teams.

Key roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and driving the global House View process
    • Top-down macroeconomic analysis covering economy, property markets and market trends
    • Gathering bottom up real estate analysis from Transactions teams and on-the-ground Asset Management teams
    • Maintaining and developing the econometric model to support the House View process
  • Producing forward-looking research analysis to drive investment decision and support product development strategies
  • Working with Funds Management to drive product development and structure new products to satisfy investor demands
  • Formulating preferred investment theses for each EU region through both top down and bottom up research
  • Support Investor Relations teams on equity raising and investor engagement activities
  • Working with Transactions teams on deal support

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Investment Manager that have a diverse, global reach. You will have previous experience in Real Estate Research, and/or Product Development within Real Estate. You will have a strong knowledge of economics, capital markets and commercial real estate, with strong analytical skills.
