Cobalt is looking for a hard working, ambitions and experienced residential property manager to fill an exciting and challenging position.

Our client is a residential developer in the heart of London, specialising in converting run down areas into luxury residential flats. They pride themselves on leading the market in innovation, offering a bespoke and tailored approach to their clients.

They are looking to manage their portfolio as a Senior Property Manger. This unique opportunity will include managing a portfolio of completed units while overseeing the completing of several more development. Along with managing tenancy agreements the senior property manage will also oversea all snagging issues, project works, and repairs.

Interested individuals are expected to demonstrate extreme professionalism and diligence in what at times can be a challenging role. To cope with the dynamic nature of the business, to succeed candidates must be well organised and possess strong problem solving abilities. Candidates must have previous experience working as a property manager, with a firm understanding of the following;

  • Consulting with local agents; referencing of tenants.
  • Issuing of Section 21 notices.
  • Tenant contract renewals and adjustments; new lease creation and amendments.
  • Organising and negotiating with contractors for building works.

Ideal candidates should have completed their ARLA qualifications, be personable, well presented and have strong communication skills. Last it is fundamentally important that candidates are able to show enthusiasm and be proactive.
