Our client is a commercial lending bank in the City who specialise is Asset Finance, Property Finance and Commercial Loans and Mortages. Within their Asset Finance and Payouts division a position has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join the team. This person will be responsible for assisting with the administration in the new business area within the Asset Finance business line.

Duties will include;

  • Matching up security documents to proposal file
  • Completing payment requisitions forms accurately
  • Liaising with brokers
  • Checking security ID and associated documents are completed accurately
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Flexible working at busy times

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience;

  • Previous experience withing Banking/Finance/Payouts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good I.T skills
  • Excellent communication skills
