West End

Our client is an Asset and Investment Management company based in the heart of the West End. Due to growth, a position has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join their team. The main purpose of this role will be to assist in the smooth running of the office and to support the Accounts team on a daily basis with the following duties;

  • Registering invoices
  • Provide meter reading to utility suppliers
  • Creating spreadsheets to track invoices
  • Track all business rates
  • Reception cover and call handling
  • Filing/organising
  • Chasing up contractors

The ideal candidate for the role will have the following skills;

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong I.T skills including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Italian speaking is an advantage
