Cobalt recruitment has the pleasure of working exclusively with a prime real estate Investment and Development Company based in London. Acquiring 4 prime residential sites and more in the pipeline, they now have the requirement to expand their team in their London hub to oversee the existing schemes as well as take hold of their growing portfolio. Their asset base includes the redevelopment and sale of luxury residential properties with a £90 - £100 million GDV.
Our client are looking to bring on board a well established Project Manager that can be part of a growing team and take full responsibility, overseeing all parts of the development life cycle. Joining the business at a critical stage the ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, with excellent hands on project management experience as well as commercial acumen to assist the Head of Developments.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high value, prime London residential real estate and will have a proven track record of managing schemes from initial inception, through planning, design, tender and external team management and onto practical completion and involvement in sales & marketing.
The person will be responsible for the successful turn key delivery of both new build and refurbishment schemes and the appointment and management of professional teams and contractors throughout the development process; ensuring that documentation reflects company requirements and that projects are delivered on time, to quality, budget and within approvals.
- Professional Qualifications - RICS, CIOB, APM (preferable)
- Experience in property development within comparable prime residential projects
- Extensive experience and proficiency in managing developments from acquisition through to project completion.
- Excellent communication /negotiating skills
- Proactive, committed and enthusiastic approach
Base Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 pa (negotiable)
