Our client is an international developer spearheading the rejuvenation of a large scale integrated infrastructure precinct. The proposed development is expected to be completed in phases and will be a multi-generation endeavour that will bring together Engineering, Architecture, urban planning and sustainability expertise. They are currently looking to bring on board their Assistant Vice president of Mechanical Engineering.

 
As the AVP you will be managing all aspects of the project from concept design to construction to TOP. You will be actively overseeing and directing the project stakeholders at all stages. They are currently in the concept stage so you will be managing the feasibility studies, value engineering, cost benefit analysis, risk analysis and mitigation planning and then move on to scheduling and strategizing the project & program during the construction stage.

You will ensure that all aspects of the project are compliant to the regulatory requirements as well as resolve any issues including dispute resolution. This is a critical position within the organisation and you will provide the required technical direction for the project.

To be successful in this role you will have a bachelors or masters in engineering and come with a minimum of 10 years of experience in design management for mega infrastructure projects.
